Kodak Network Scanners
Kodak makes quite a few document scanners with many different capabilities. You should be able to find one that will fit both your needs and your budget.
Kodak network scanners are very useful for the larger office. One person can scan a document and have it sent simultaneously to a specified group of recipients with the touch of a button. The scanned document can be sent via email, or ftp, to multiple printers, to an online folder or to a USB drive. This capability enhances document handling efficiency within the office. You will no longer need to shuffle hard copy documents around the office or scan the same document multiple times. It also makes for easy backup of the digitized documents.
